We were a member of SKAL for years. This organisation stands for the strictest norms in ecological cultivation and certifies its members with the recognized EKO examination mark. Unfortunately, SKAL has added our truffles to its list of products not to be certified. Yet, we still keep to the same strict rules. This means that we relate responsibly with the environment. Therefore no damaging extermination susbstances. No artificial gimmicks. We just allow nature to do her work.
In addition, with a higher production, we have more than halved the use of packaging materials, which leads to :
- Less refuse
- Less cooling space, thus less energy
- Less transport, thus less CO2 emitted
