Our truffles are acknowledged as the safest hallucinogenic trip that you can get. But what does the law think of that? According to the judgment on final appeal given by the Supreme Court of The Netherlands on 5th November 2002, the growing and use of fresh mushrooms and truffles in The Netherlands was generally permitted. Processing, such as drying was not. Since 1st December, 2008, there has been a ban placed on the cultivation of 186 mushrooms including the species wich are cultivated by Procare. However, truffles are not on the list, and is therefore generally permitted. In other countries, there is still doubt due to a lack of jurisprudence. It will be considered there.
